This is the foundation of my Treatment Plan for controlling our Cluster Headaches, this will also provide for a better life in general.  Only the few minerals I recommend are usually necessary for most people, as we get sufficient amounts of the other nutrients in our daily diets for our body to find a good balance.  Some people may find it necessary to also supplement with Vitamins b1, b6, b12 as well as Iron to find balance.  Potassium is seldom required because our body stores it rather efficiently.  If it is needed, it is recommended that you consume this mineral through diet as opposed to supplemental form.

It is also recommended that you not take high doses of any vitamin or mineral unless directed by your doctor.  All the recommended amounts of the various vitamins and minerals in this headache prevention plan are well within safe levels.  Do not try to solve a problem by creating another.  Please visit the link I have provided below to the Mayo Clinic research on this topic.  It seems they agree with me on this issue.  In addition, taking too much of certain minerals with affect you ability to absorb others. Balance is the most important thing here, please do not over do it.

Mineral imbalances in our body can cause a plethora of medical issues up to and including Bipolar Disorder.  Your mineral balance affects blood glucose levels, heart rhythm and everything else in your body you need for a good healthy life.
